What is the quality of the printing and framing?

All of our frames are handcrafted, without exception, to ensure an uncompromising final product.

We have invested a lot of thought and expertise into selecting the highest quality materials that best suit the nature of the artwork–from the paper, adhesive, and rigid backing to the carefully chosen packaging materials. The printing itself is done using pigment ink injection technology, the highest quality printing available worldwide, offering unmatched color depth and ink resolution.

What is a "Face-Mount" Framing?

The Face-Mount frame is the ultimate choice for museums, galleries, and art enthusiasts.

This unique technique involves mounting a photographic print behind museum-grade acrylic glass, creating a rich, sharp, and deep HD look. This contemporary finish offers a minimalist appearance without any visible frame, giving the impression that the image is floating slightly off the wall.

The final result is an artwork with an exceptionally high-quality finish, featuring stunning sharpness and depth of color. The acrylic glass enhances the colors and contrast and protects the print from scratches and UV radiation for years to come.

What is a "Classic Box" Framing?

The classic box frame gives the artwork an impressive and luxurious appearance. The print is framed in natural maple wood and covered with museum-grade acrylic glass.

You can choose from a variety of frame colors: matte white, matte black, ocean blue, or natural wood.

This framing style includes an additional 5 cm border on each side, or 10 cm on each side for XXL prints.

What is a "Floating Face-Mount" Framing?

The Floating Face-Mount frame adds an extra touch of luxury to the artwork. It is a Face-Mount frame with the addition of a thin wooden frame around it.

This is a contemporary framing style with a clean and minimalist look. This technique creates the illusion that the image is floating in the center of the frame, without touching the wood.

What Does a Print on Paper (Without Framing) Include?

FineArt printing is done on high-quality paper that offers great color depth and archival preservation. All artworks are printed on Hahnemühle-Pearl paper, which is specially designed for FineArt use.

This paper has a delicate texture and a smooth, silky feel, creating an elegant finish with a subtle pearl-like sheen. It excels in exceptional color reproduction and detail, meeting the highest standards for durability and preservation.

How Is the Artwork Packaged?

Prints on paper are carefully rolled in silk papers and gently placed inside a rigid tube.

Framed prints are meticulously packed and secured in special protective packaging. All prints are placed in protective cardboard sheets covering the glass and the corners of the frame. Everything is wrapped in plastic and foam if needed, to ensure a safe and high-quality purchase experience.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Prints on paper will be shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Framed prints are handcrafted and custom-made, so they will be shipped within 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement, after receiving a notification that the order is ready for collection.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

All artworks are handcrafted and custom-made according to the customer’s specifications.

Therefore, cancellation, changes, or refunds for custom-designed products are not possible, as they are produced specifically for the customer based on the custom options selected on the website. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellation of custom-made products is only possible on the same day the order is placed, provided that production and/or printing has not yet started.

Please note that once production and/or printing has begun, cancellation will not be possible, and the customer will not be eligible for any refund.

I bought it as a gift. Is the price included in the package?

The invoice is sent by email to the person who made the purchase. We do not include the price or an invoice in the package.

I received a damaged or incorrect product

Any UGLYMOMO print purchased from our website that arrives damaged or incorrect is eligible for a full replacement. We require all damaged or incorrect prints/products to be returned to our studio for exchange.

On the day you receive your order, please carefully inspect your package. If there are any damages, make sure to note them upon receipt so that they can be documented in your order.

All damages must be reported to us in writing, along with photo documentation of the damage, no later than 2 business days from the date of receipt. After 2 days, we will no longer be able to replace the item.

What are the dimensions of the artworks?

Is it possible to place a custom order?

How can I ensure the authenticity of a limited edition?

Every limited edition artwork comes numbered and signed, along with a Certificate of Authenticity on official paper.

What are the payment options?

You can pay by credit card.
